Departing from Great Yarmouth's North Denes airfield / Yarmouth Heliport, your open cockpit vintage Tiger Moth flying lesson takes you North West past Caister as you handle the controls of the aeroplane yourself for the first time. You'll have time to spot Happisburgh's picture postcard lighthouse and by the time you pass Mundesley you'll be doing most of the flying yourself. Cromer Pier and the beach at Sheringham shouldn't be too difficult to spot as you continue towards Blakeney Point, where your challenge is to spot the famous seals. Returning to Yarmouth, it might be less easy to spot the sites of the wartime radio and radar stations along this historically important stretch of coastline, but your experienced and knowledgeable pilot will guide you well. Returning to overhead the airfield, there'll be time for your instructor to demonstrate a loop or a barrel roll before you land back on the grass runway.
Flight Duration: One Hour 30 minutes.
